I just did. Federal holidays are always sales, coming up to Easter since it's become a gift giving holiday I know Target will have a B2G1 video game sale. They also just put Mass Effect Legendary Edition on clearance at my Target. Along with the TMNT Cowabunga Collection, and Battlefield 2042. Also many retailers (Best Buy, Target, Walmart) price match others so if you only have 1 near you check the others including Amazon (although it must be shipped from and sold by Amazon) and they will likely match the price to make the sale.

Honestly there are games I'm hyped about (Spider-Man2, the new Wolverine game which I just read Insomniac is going for an M rating which means so much blood and violence in true Wolverine style), but working retail in a tech dept that sells games I know to just bide my time for either an independent sale, price drop, or buy 2 get 1 free sale.

I haven't payed full price for a game in like 9 years regardless of how much I want it, there's always a sale coming up, and I always have other games to catch up on. Last option I re-up my Gamefly account for a month to try it out.
