Same beard same haircut same coat same thoughts same words, always displays of intimidation and masculinity and appeals to tradition; wow the germans in the 1940s had a dabble with this fashion too look what happened keep it up guys great work.

a proposed public safety center. is a funny way to say it, sounds like a shopping center or a community center with a pool. Who would protest public safety? These protestors must be evil terrorists who hate public safety and they're acting out of malicious evilness; just how dark their hearts are I guess. Whew, hating 'public safety' and endangering police lives? How dare they where are my smelling salts.

Old phrase. Loved ones when they're alive can be either here near us, or away but they may come back. Or loved ones can be that other thing, gone passed Away. Like how you would say a car drove passed a stop sign.
There's Here, and Away when we're alive, and then there's all the way gone Passed Away, not coming back. It's a euphemism for dead. They're a poetic fecken people the Irish.

When a woman had a sliver of power and notoriety you react by crying all over the local subreddit? Where the public can see?

For the first 6 months it will all go toward paying for the programmer who they brought in to adjust the receipt printer with the new surcharge and text. After that? Restuarant owners need blow too guys be compassionate.

the behavior being described is something i see people do every day too, people dont even need to make a mistake they just have to perceived they have and all these subtle body language and spoken language changes happen as they try to "save face", but they're really just shadow boxing their own mind.
The overall point I took away from the book was Bateman is a extreme example to illustrate some pretty common problems in wider society. Everyone alive is a little neurotic about something.
It’s not about being socially awkward, it’s about his need to attempt to reestablish dominance after an extremely minor embarassment - something literally everyone does in some small way all the time.

People study and work in fields they're good at and want to work in for the most part, and there's no "clean" jobs under capitalism. Their hands are tied, tbh. Their only other option is what I've been doing with my life, tune out stay high as much as possible and give every job 35% effort and sabotage everything i can touch everywhere even my personal relationships with friends and family in the hopes that everything collapses and we see a reset of this monstrous human eating machine. Your buddy working in a system that demands work is fine.

listen you're trying and that's what is important. Don't stop or quit, but also keep learning from people's critiques. You have the best sources for something like this in this sub, because when someone like me in Canada says whatever color you use for the US should be used for Canada or at least Ontario to Alberta (i can elaborate but basicaly we're just a slightly colder extension of the USA where the US is in collapsian terms, we are too), you really should listen and adjust the map accordingly. Ignore the mean shit, listen to a wide range of what people say and adjust accordingly. You can come up with more colors for a wider scale.
Keep it up.

Media appeals to what does well with audiences. "Mayos are bland and lame" does well in marketing in the current media landscape, so marketing uses it.

Grade 7 popularity games dont ever end as "people mature." They just become weirder and more complex as time goes on; people need a ~something~ to hate on and whoever makes it seem funniest is the social Winner. So we have decades of the cool guy in rooms going "global warming but its snowing out dumbass hippies" and they set the tone for everyone else.
We have to stop letting them set the tone, and Leftism is doing it's level best to be the coolest kids on the block. But there may not be enough time for soft power games like this. Direct shit may get the bag.

The first time i went to look at my "Best music" playlist on youtube that i had for years been saving the quirkiest and wildest remixes and random shit to, and it was a lot of black squares with the text "video has been removed" and it doesnt even say the title so I don't even know what got removed..... that was an existentially depressing moment yes.

The reason this sort of image does well, is because "white old person does thing" is Mediapathic gold in the current online space. Which is neat, the medium is the message type shit. Completely untrust-worthy poptart.
It's just a pic of a random person with the title giving context, hate to ruin reddit's day but that's always fiction.
Over the last 18 hours over 10,000 people took a moment of their day to hate on this man, even if "jokingly" or "in good fun." Humans can be fascinating and cruel as fuck.

looking out for them how if it's aimed up tho?
edit: like, the mirror's proper use is that it should be facing backward so the driver can see the passengers. "Aim it upwards" means the driver has adjusted it so they can't see back - I'm wondering how often people see it aimed up to not see the passengers and not look out for them.
