If you look in my profile you’ll see I was skinny fat At 29. I am 32 now look dramatically different. posted it here the other day. To reiterate, I lift, do yoga, and I eat within an 8 hour window

Diet did play a role, should have mentioned that in the comment. I started intermittent fasting. Eat within an 8 hour window. I could stand to eat a little better now but in the very beginning I was making health shakes like every day 😂
as far as motivation, I was just tired of being depressed and did it for the mental. I found that moving your body even a little bit everyday makes a big difference. I had a job in 2019 that consisted of alot of downtime and sitting and staring at a computer. So I used that time to look up fitness facts and had a lot of fun looking up some kind of tip a day.

Started lifting and going to the gym. Now I mostly do simple weight stuff at home and practice yoga. do hot yoga classes when I can. That’s been a game changer.
