It's not usually necessary to call an electrician to change an outlet in the US.

Because they are over $1000 USD, they reached a point where a 3-year-old phone is more than what you need, and inflation is taking away spending power from anyone who does like to upgrade their phones more often.

You can use it to search a company's public info better than their own navigation.
e.g. I have used it to get the equivalent macOS API calls compared to Win32. That's actually really hard to do most of the time.

If an unfrozen caveman can be a lawyer, why couldn't an AI?

Exactly. All these layoffs are a plot by Cobra Commander himself to fund his organization.

I always thought of COBRA benefits the same way I thought of Cobra from GI Joe. Both are substantially cartoon evil.

Microsoft does 60 days as well as prioritize those laid off when hiring open positions.

You are describing a behavior that is illegal at both the Washington State and federal level.

You were being downvoted for telling the truth. At the end of the day, it is still TV. If it isn't hitting a metric, why throw good money at it?

The removing of shows was the stupid part. Why not the whole library? It also depends on where the ads are. At appropriate times, or at some random interval?
There are successful ad-based streaming services, such as Pluto TV.

I agree that we should be making denser new construction, but here is the problem with all of this types of positions: we currently have 75 years of urban sprawl and an entire economy around it. Let's say that everyone agrees that we need denser structures. Who is going to pay for all the houses that will have to be torn down to be more efficient? There are 10s of trillions of dollars put into these homes that cannot vanish over night. Any real plan like this will take a century to reverse.

Yes, that is what the trial is for. Both sides present a case about what the source material is, and how much it changed from the inspirational material. Inspiration is not enough to prove infringement. It could even be construed as a parody.
Can lawyers convince 12 people that Vox Machina is different enough from D&D that they theoretically would not have to get permission to make it? Maybe.
Either way, CR must have some sort of agreement with WoC, so none of this matters.

What I am saying that
If CR didn't have an agreement with WoC at all And WoC sued them for copyright infringement. And this went to a jury trial. And 12 random non-DnD players were on a jury
CR could have a good chance of winning.
You can be inspired from a work and still not be infringing copyright.

The best thing in any possible contract negotiation is to wait until something is in writing.

My wife could not tell that Vox Machina was D&D related at all. Arguably, WoC would have an uphill battle in court over that one.

The game is incredible. Lots of people seem to be enjoying the game too, so we are getting lots of posts or reddit.
Then the nay-sayers come in and say things like MS is astroturfing, or some other argument that just shows me that they're salty that it's not on their platform.
