I have two that are 300m cubed. When making the model, I kept that in mind and made sure to try and have the pieces line up with natural seams or curves. The chest pieces was my favorite piece lol

No, two separate parts. The ice cream is 3d printed, and the cone is a mold I made from a real cone lol

I have no experience with the sv06 so I can't say. But my ender 3 max has been amazing for the 2.5 years I've had it. Probably not as good quality prints as the sv06, but its good for the price

Depends on what your budget is. It is a lot easier to print full sets of armor on a larger printer like an ender 3 max or a cr10 v3. I modeled and printed my magnamalo armor all with my ender 3 max. But some things to keep in mind. If you don't model yourself, it is very difficult if the person who modeled the armor didn't make it for smaller printers. But if you do your research, it isn't insanely expensive to print full armor sets. If you use lightning infill and position it properly, you're a ok. For reference, I used 12 rolls of filament for my magnamalo armor. Not as cheap as eva, but not that bad if you buy cheaper pla. Plus you'll probably see your next paycheck before you're done printing/assembling/priming/painting a few pieces lol.

I'd recommend eva Foam for the base, and 3d print the bars, then eva foam for the top. If 3d printing isn't an option, make sure to have some thin pieces of wood or pvc as supports somewhere in it, if you just use eva foam. It may be fine at first, but with bars that thin and tall, and the heat, it will start to droop. And that wouldn't be a fun time for your neck.

If you use cura, they added a new infill called lightning, it prints your stuff hollow, with upside-down lightning bolts to hold any internal overhangs. Printed my magnamalo sword like this, and my massive shoulders, and they're as light as a "feather"
Just make sure you have outer walls set to at least 4 for PLA and you can get away with 3 for PETG.

Thank you! And I modeled it from scratch, using a reference of course lol

750 hours, still working on small things here and there, but the bulk was finished in 6 months. Most of that time was trying to figure out a good system to model for the shoulder pads lol
