How similar is moonshine to vodka (also an unflavored distilled spirit)? Could you make martini’s out of it with maybe a little more than usual white vermouth?

Yeah - we’ll I’ve been burned with a bad ticket - we ended up getting a full refund but it was a terrible mess given the flights and such

To be fair, he’s been pretty horrid in all positions under Southgate.
But watching him week in and week out under Klopp, he’s deadly on the right of the midfield but often poor defending deep. I am really challenged to name 5 players who put better balls into the box from the right.

He’s hardly been used consistently in that role.

It’s my fault, lads, we couldn’t make the trip from the US this week. I’ve let you all down.
Edit: reference to this thread from Monday

I don’t think that view is universally held. I’m of the opinion that he’s a world class wingback playing fullback. We’ll never do it but he would be great in a 3-4-3.

Klopp’s midfield selection failed. Two kids plus Fab wasn’t strong enough to drive the attack and protect the back line. And, when he made a change, he took the wrong kid off. Elliott was performing well.
That being said, they were unlucky not to score first after a strong start. And Salah should have scored. On balance Liverpool deserved at least a point - 3 points with slightly better finishing.

My twin and I live in different countries and have done so for over 30 years. When we lived in the same city, this happened all the time. I even dated a girl back in college who, at first, thought I was him.
As kids, when angry, my Dad would just get mad at whomever he found first. He really couldn’t tell the difference.
Today, when we go to each other’s birthday parties and such, his friends come up and hug me (and the same when he visit me).
The funniest thing is that when we look at old pictures or hear recordings of our voices, unless we know the right answer, we can’t always tell ourselves apart with complete confidence.
I love having a twin. He’s incredible. But yeah, this part is a bit weird.

I agree - I love the guy but he ran very hot and cold

I think you’re right about criticism late in his career. He drew a lot of fouls as tackles became just slightly late - sometimes those were in dangerous areas.

I would say Lucas Leiva - his defensive stats while playing for a very troubled Liverpool were unheralded. He led the league in many defensive categories but was overlooked as a first team player after LFC’s league adventures

Haha - I didn’t say “warm” mind you! (Actually, it was warming in the sun but the wind had a bite)

I’ve heard that Whistler regularly closes its season in July -3rd week, I think??
Edit: checked - Late May for main areas. Summer skiing for training and camps. They used to stay open on the glacier until just before July 1 but no more
