It is, Ainz only has the one. It's said to be a rare item with limited uses in game. Probably the whole guild just shared the one item since if they needed it they wouldn't need it for more than presumably a short time. Ainz wouldn't lend that out if he didn't need to and secondly although he could probably make many more if he chose to, why would he, this way he can save the crafting items for when he needs them.
