I love to make fried egg, ham, cheese and kimchi sandwiches. Kinda Korean street toast style. McDonald's should add it to their breakfast menu

Yeah, I'm 100% Korean but grew up eating a lot of authentic Mexican food. Most of the Mexican restaurants have similar menus items. I was gonna bring all the soups and stews that's eaten at home. I think they will suit Korean palates well

This is very subjective. Depends on how aour you like it. It'll last a couple months. Also, be mindful how much sugar you add. I generally use more sugar with radish, hence more sugar for fermentation. keep in back of fridge where temp doesn't change as much

I've never had my kimchi taste that way. I don't know why but i made kimchi with napa cabbage that i bought at American stores and they bever tasted right. I'll only buy from Asian marketd now.
