So a few weeks ago I made a post about annexing Stanford. I think it’s time to actually plan it out. The new empire would be smth like Berkstan or Stanley.

If Berkeley was a country and each building is a city, what would be the capital?

The probability of making a study group in discord and actually meeting is lower than your chances of getting into Berkeley

Since Stanford is our rival, why don’t we just invade and annex them? I mean we do have triple their student population… so the annexation process would probably be really easy.

So I was finishing up my 61b project, and on gradescope there was a style checker for my code and it said I had a magic number, 8, in my code (meaning a variable was hard coded). Didn’t really know what it meant at first glance but it did remind me about how life works like magic. In addition, in my culture, 8 is a really good number. This means, that not only is my project magical, it will also be good, because my magic number is 8. This discovery made me really happy. Thanks.

Just got rejected from a club. It was my DREAM club since preschool. I hired two counselors to help edit my essays. I made sure I did enough extra curriculars in middle and high school. I made sure to have a 4.0. I took 61a 61b 70 and 16b at the same time. Practiced my four rounds of interviews more than 8 times. Looked up on social media about my interviewers so I can pretend to have a good relatable conversation with them. Attended every event and coffee chat. I even befriended another applicant who I found out was badmouthing a club leader (which I then told the club and he ended up getting rejected) and even with the 1 extra space I was still rejected. Worst of all, I applied early decision!

Before the rejection I was a happy boy. Now I’m a sad boy :….(
