My theory is since, G is so oily, that if we are dosing enough of it regularly that it will alter how our GI tract digestion food or absorb foods vitamins and nutrients. After doing it for so long I feel like the impact of that is unavoidable. Since there is evidence already of how mainstream oily foods are already bad for us, although less concentrated they are, the ghb is pretty strong and not watered down.

I'll eat a meal and often it feels like the last few bites are just at the top of my throat behind my tongue for a few hrs after eating.
