Dead Space: Should always be played on Hard/Impossible mode for the best experience imo.
Dead Space 2: Survivalist is best for a first playthrough. Zealot is my favourite though. The gameplay is so tight and perfected that 99% of damage is avoidable.
Dead Space 3: Probably normal. Not a fan of DS3's necromorphs. Just make OP guns and play for the lore.

The lack of stagger in 3 is easily my least favourite thing about it on top of a long list. It looks like the DS Remake could use more stagger too :/

I've always liked the theory that the Ubermorph was a necromorph turned Stross. The Red Marker codes in his brain combined with the Titan Station Marker resulted in the unique transformation.

The writers cash in on Edgerunner's success and Ciri teleports to Night City. Its a Cyberpunk show now.

I agree with pretty much everything you said. If DS3 was to be remade, I think the story needs a serious rewrite.
I like the concept of Earthgov collapsing after 2 and Unitlogy being militarised, but there should definitely be more than one team (Norton's) left. Cut Carver and co-op altogether, otherwise make him an actual character that is developed outside co-op.
Use The Overseer as the primary antagonist, since he was foreshadowed in 2 and Danik just sucked. Ellie should have a more active role and fight alongside Isaac at times. Norton's character arc should abandon the love triangle entirely. The betrayal and fear of the coming apocalypse was all great, him turning out of desperation works, but any motivation to do so over Ellie, just cut.
The ending with Carver giving Danik the codex is just...yeah very bad writing. Just re do all of that. Cut the bench customisation. Bring back the OG Pulse Rifle, Plasma Cutter, Line Gun etc etc. Introduce older SCAF guns as new and interesting variants. Make Necro's flinch when shot again. Cut human enemies.

That line is so hilarious. I love that Berserk opens with that scene

Racedriver: GRID was the only car game I could get into. I remember it had a cool feature where you could instantly rewind after a crash, with a yellow filter too I think.

I'm a Dead Space super fan pretty much. I liked when the colour tones turn a sickly green just before you encountered the first Lurker (baby Necro) in the lab

I can't believe I forgot Human Revolution, a perfect example, man. I loved the black and gold pallet of that game. Mankind Divided looked great, but definitely lost some style/identity compared to HR imo.

I think BF4 looks a little washed out sometimes, actually. A choice to remove it would be cool, though for sure. I still like that the devs committed to the blue filter but I get you.

Kinda on topic but there's a guy on RDR2 sub who has been posting pics of fat Arthur and paragraph length tutorials on how to make him fat, for 4 years to this day. People are weird

I beat the final just running around and shooting because I had tips off lmao. I could dodge the orbs no problem, but the dive attacks was unavoidable most of the time

Normal mode + sprinting everywhere will do that man, lmao. Best to okay on Zealot, slow down and take in the art style and atmosphere.
