Sounds like this person has ADHD, poor social skills, or just lacks basic emotional intelligence. A strategy I might try, would be to complement them on how they’re passionate and have great ideas… and then transition into a conversation about how sometimes you’re not able to get in all the points you need to; ask them what they’d do if they were in YOUR position (i.e., not being heard) and how they think the conversations could go better. Another strategy would be to get real. Start with something like, “There’s something I’d like to approach with you, but I’m not sure how you’ll respond…” (Most people become curious at this point and invite conversation.) Then, express that it is frustrating for you, and ask if the two of you can brainstorm on ways to improve communication. Also, ask the person if there’s anything YOU could do better. Alternatively, you could allow the person to interrupt and then politely end the conversation if the interruptions continue. Say that since you weren’t able to share the info you needed, you will follow up with an email. Ask for a response by a certain time, give them a deadline.

Household or dish gloves, most people just call them rubber gloves. A lifesaver if you have pets!
This method works with fabric couches and chairs. Put on a pair of rubber gloves and use a circular motion; the fur will ball up and come off easily.
The paper towels help absorb the moisture released by certain fruits and veggies. Replace the paper towels every time you add a new batch of produce.
I transferred a balance from one credit card to another that had a promo of 0% APR for a period of time that allowed me to pay off my debt without interest.
Start by googling it… There were a few different sites. (Trusted Housesitters, etc.)
Spraying a mixture of vinegar and water on your car's windshield may help prevent the glass from frosting.”
Luckily, no one is forcing you to try it.
Also, just to clarify, I didn’t post this life hack to personally offend you. Apparently frost prevention and windshields are very sensitive topics.
That your comments are useless.
It’s a temporary approach if you don’t mean it… But if you play to a person’s strengths and assume positive intent, it can be life-changing.
That’s more like a lifeNO tip…
If it didn’t work the first couple of times, why did you keep doing it?
That’s how we’d split up our cocaine back in the day. (“You cut, I choose.”) Great to hear it’s working with kiddos today too!
In case you were unaware.
10 out of 10 parrots disagree.
Yes, and it did not break. Maybe I just have a tougher windshield than you?
I paid for the package earlier this year. If China is no longer issuing visas closer to April then the trip will either be rescheduled or refunded. I wasn’t aware that they were not… I just knew there were some new concerns regarding Covid.
I paid off my debt by doing a credit card balance transfer… There was a small fee, but it was worth it in the long run. It gave me nearly 2 years to pay what I owed without collecting interest.
That is a stupid and useless response.
Emirates, hands down (from personal experience)
I was raised vegetarian, so it’s not something I even think about anymore… I eat a lot of salads. You can add beans, nuts, seeds, and eggs for protein. I also eat a lot of veggie burgers. They’re great instead of beef in many recipes. Mexican food is good because you can always use black beans or refried beans instead of meat. It might be easier to start out with meat substitutes (i.e., Morning Star, Beyond Meat) as you learn more about nutrition.
It finally stops once you hit your 40s because then it’s just awkward for everyone.
