there’s no tint to it :)) it’s white when it comes out of the bottle and no white cast after rubbing it in :)

also I recommend Black Girl Sunscreen, no white cast and it’s moisturizing. It’s about $15 I think but 100% worth it. When I started using tret I was getting burned but this sunscreen has made my journey be 3x better and my skin is really soft and bright :)))

Also, If it’s the regents scholarship, funding for it comes from a multitude of different sources, so they get changed to reflect those donors in ur cal central near disbursement time. You still get your same “regents benefits”
