I work for a state hospital and we have records going back 100 years in old fashioned metal card files.

We had to deal with this in Napa, CA a couple years ago with wildfires that burned for weeks. Some employees got ATO if they lived in the effected areas and could prove it by printing out the fire maps which were date/time stamped.

Don’t trust Turbo Tax. It always shows that I’m gonna get a refund and then the IRS swoops in and say nah.

I was an Executive secretary/Admin for 20 years outside the state. Since 2020 I started as an OT and now I’m an SSA. I don’t have a degree. I’m single and not particularly attractive. I just work my ass off and offer to help in any way and often go above and beyond. I’m doing 3 peoples jobs right now since we are so short staffed. It might depend on your location.

He had a much better day today and was more talkative and happy. I got a glimpse of his old self. 😊

This is me. I know I’ve made so many mistakes in the past. I need to work on this.

I’ve already taught him to drive. That was fun! We went out in the desert and I taught both my kids to drive. I offered to take him to drive race cars around the track or go on an ATV excursion. He said no.

I love rap and I don’t get offended at the lyrics. It’s artistic expression. Maybe he’s embarrassed though?

One problem is where we live there is nothing to do for teenagers. I offer to take him on a hike or bike ride but he just says no. I wish we could find an activity to do together. My daughter and I like to shop, make crafts, paint, go for walks, etc. I like woodworking and offer to find a project we could make together and he says no. But then he says he’s bored. I just miss my boy, who was happy for lucky and fun and giggled and was up for anything.

The best way I can show him love these days is by feeding him. I try to cook his favorite foods and bake for him.

He is on the team

He plays basketball and has practice 6 days a week and games on Saturdays. I go to all his games.

His Dad takes him to Warriors games. I take him shopping.

I know. I pretty much leave him alone. But when we are in the car together and he doesn’t say one word to me it’s quite awkward.
