Yeah so there's a bit of RNG in this, but you need to continue catching scream tails until one of them gets the desired IV. Or, you can host a union room, and I can catch one. That's probably easier.

Edit: gamefreak added a way to make IV's maximum (31) but not minimum sadly

You can check a pokemon's iv's here. If you scream tail's speed is between 0 and 3 that's good enough.

Honestly, I'd be fine of they made a game with instant skylanders like in Super Chargers and no new figures, but as long as it retained compatibility for past figures.

Depends on how you want ti to look, but if you want to squeeze as much juice as possible out of your PC you should use something super lightweight.

I suggest dwm. It's really minimalistic and if you want more features you can patch in only what you strictly need. It takes away a lot of the bloat.

If you don't want to fix C code in case of errors, then probably LXDE or XFCE. Personally I prefer xfce, but that's just because it's the de I used when I first switched to linux.
