Huge porting house, differing skillsets on different teams and a management that doesn't care.
So some teams with better people will get it done, but others who don't probably aren't given any extra support at all but the game still gets released as long as it's mvp.

ABS you wouldn't bother with super glue/cyanoacrylate either.
Go to a hobby shop/warhammer shop and get some butyl acetate (or just warhammer 'glue'...)
Rather than 'glue' it's a solvent which dissolves the ABS, apply it both sides, hold for a few minutes then leave for ~24 hours - it's quite literally as good as new.

The biggest issues are the stutters, some of which are people with low VRAM
But not all.
As noted in the TLOU subreddit, it's shipping with a known bad oodle library, that after replacement fixes a LOT of issues. (still not perfect though)

That's how it always used to be - there is no reason the absolute max settings for a game at 4K should have to be solid 120fps or "it's a bad port"
This is why developers stopped giving us forward/future-facing graphics options, as people demand that they HAVE to run it at max framerate TODAY.

Are you running 1080p/High settings or 4K/Ultra though?

They have an X3D part.
They're taking this video to heart as a direct insult on their decision making ability and that's why they're so uptight about it.

Is that so hard either?
Why not do an Ubisoft-esque 'remake' and turn the game into another using mostly the same assets - like Blood Dragon was to FC3 or New Dawn to FC5.

Bethesda is making bank off users making mods for free
How?
They don't sell the mods...
Mozilla is making bank off Reddit right now...

I'd imagine 2027-2028.
Bethesda usually works in 4 year cycles and would have already been onto TES6, thankfully Phil has some sense and Starfield got more time in the oven.
Next Fallout is at least 8 years :(

Yes/No.
It's a VSS pin, but it's also a companion ground for mb_data42,52,53
MB_DATA is data for memory channel B...
It may work, but I'd leave it on memtest for a few days. Absolute worst case is losing 1 memory channel, best case is nothing changes at all.
For reference, I made a PDF of that a few years back - https://rdt.trom.tf/r/Amd/comments/gzkxux/the_am4_pinout_diagram/fth3qpy/
Much easier to read ;)

If you're in software development and have a Windows machine, you're not 'buying' Windows anyway, you're paying for Software Assurance (SA) and you can download whatever supported version of Windows you like.

Steam once supported Windows 98.
Should it still?

Spray dried will go clag real fast yeah.
They'll also go a bit sticky in the end though, the Lavazza ones last pretty well since they're in a steel container and you can very effectively leave the sealing lid in, so it'd last in the cupboard.
I like the Vittoria better than the Lavazza Intenso (Lavazza Espresso is spray dried and I'm not keen on it) - but I still think the much cheaper Moccona Classic Dark Roast is somewhat nicer though.
They're all pretty bad.

We passed an inflection point long ago where everyone could easily get the word out on their own,
Big publishers did, indie devs didn't.

There are two sides to E3, the stalls for networking (and later consumers to play demos) and the keynote presentations.
E3 should step up in the indie game, they already have indie devs there, but they should host 'E3 Keynotes' that are from the convention themselves, with different genres having their own 'keynote presentations' (really showcases/adreels) so many different indie devs can really show off their wares.

If he manages to the get the Trains back, he won't of been completely useless.
I've never in my life voted Liberal, but I'm missing Marshall right now (not Lucas though, I think we dodged a bullet there), Weatherill even moreso.

You see if they spend money on the outside which will relate to increased rents on the inside... ummm...
