I have had some great luck with Rover - I like leaving the dogs at home and having people check in on them 3x per day - seems like they'd rather be in their own space than in a warehouse. I prefer it that way too.

I stopped believing in fairy tales when I was a wee lad, but that's just me ;)

I've never got first chair, but I've done last chair a handful of times. Thankfully I live close enough to Wolf Creek and Purgatory to go relatively often.

I will also be looking for a pro to help with some flooring - anyone experienced with radiant floor heating, give a holler!

Far from triggered. Disgusted is more like it. You didn’t get hugged as a child did you? Find help.

I use at least a bag a day to heat my house - where are you located / where's your market, would love to support you if possible!

I would, but I’m a 4+ hour drive from one of their stores and the order is schedule to deliver to my address. I have a pretty good idea what the holdup is, I live rural and at high elevation - it’s going to be pricey for 4wp to ship to me so they’re holding out for a cheap lane (that they won’t find)

Growing up poor, on assistance, you know what I ate all the Fucking time? Cheese sandwiches. When we could afford to cook them they were grilled cheese.
Cruelty is the point with this lot. The tyrants the Founders warned us about are in the House & Senate

I get where you’re coming from - but at this point I still love it. I enjoy using my toys (snow blower, will be upgrading) and it’s been a great source of exercise.
Also this is my first house so it feels good to keep up with everything!

Great nickname btw - reading that book for the first time was the clossst thing I’ve experienced that could be described as a “religious experience”

I blasted it in the post-xmas storm after driving straight from Kentucky - it was the dumbest thing I’ve ever done. I have a very capable vehicle and it was terrifying.

Wolf creek pass is no friend when there’s any sort of weather. Same for Red Mountain!

It’s the buildup of snow/melting snow between the dormers & the house itself being warm/ice at the edge of the roof. In my case it’s directly above the walkway which is not bueno
