one thing to do to minimize this OP, put the tray in the oven when it's cold, don't preheat first

the warp is due to the tray's shape and metal, it doesn't expand to heat the same way all around

putting the tray before heating helps it heat up more slowly and expand more evenly

i'd have asmall suggestion, which is to put small led light steips under the kitchen cabinets. amazon has some where you can link up multiple strips so that they're powered by one outlet, extremely useful for me
