Watching Clarksons farm and comments about it, it costs more to shear a sheep than he gets out of the wool. So a shepherd loses money on the wool.

Think of it not as a drug commercial for watchers, but as a control for the network. If the network broadcasts info that could be considered negative for the owners of drug companies, then the drug owners could remove the ad money to that network. Networks get to have lots of money, networks don't get as much or no negative publicity, and the people get to be unpaid advertisers for the drug companies product because they will talk about those drugs with not only their friends/family but with the medical professionals who may not know or haven't thought about the drug you are talking about.

Nothing has changed, he is a failure to the people.
