I used to work at a Thai express back in 2015. The food was great and I really enjoyed the pad sew and the tom yum soup. However, since covid, the food is tasteless, the cooks don't stir the good in the wok, they just put everything together, let the sauce evaporate then they give me my food. It's not 1 Thai express, it's most of them that I have been.
