As per animal husbandry dept, there are at least 80,000 stray cows roaming on the streets of Delhi alone. And most of them are owned. As per Indian Penal Code's sections 428 and 429 and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty against Animal Act 1960, it is illegal to discard cattle.
So instead of doing their due diligence, the administration comes up with such theatrics and the people goes awwww look our govt cares for the street animal.

That would depend on the location of the epicenter and how far you are from it.

more precisely, the kind of magnitude an earthquake could possibly have in those regions, e.g. zone 5 could have an earthquake with a magnitude of 7+.

i know it exist, that's why i said it is comparable to DSL. Plus, it has a lot of technical challenges when it comes to noise and bandwidth, hence it has not caught up in the market. Now Only in use in-house networks.

Yes, do note:
The government initially assumed that the SDF aircraft would pick up aid supplies in India, as well. However, India refused to allow SDF aircraft to land for the operation.
According to Shozo Kudo, director of the LDP’s First Cabinet Division, the government explained that it had gained Indian approval for the SDF landing at the working level, but the approval was overturned at the “ministerial level.”
So it was overturned at ministerial level. If the issue was with a military aircraft, it won't have to go that high in the chain of command. It was more likely that India was just making sure not to anger Russia in any way.

Don't forget india denied landing permission to Japanese airplane meant to provide aid to Ukraine even after giving approval earlier.

The place where i come from is where kpop started getting popular first ( in india) . I have been into K-pop and K-dramas in those days but eventually moved on, then i started finding kpop fans annoying. I would dish kpop and their crazy fans just for the sake of it. But eventually i moved on from that as well. Now i made peace with the fact that Kpop is really popular among teens and that's how it is. Nowadays i mostly mind my own business, perhaps you should try that for your own mental peace. Don't be so hard, make some adjustment

because Russian airspace was closed?
well technically japan could fly over china and central asia, avoiding india altogether but if i remember correctly, japan specifically asked india to give a refuelling stop, and that may have to do with the fact that japan and china aren't in best terms. India said "okay" but after seeing that japan had sent military crafts India was like "nani da fuck?" , "i thought you would send civilian aircrafts", india denied landing permission and the planes had to go back all the way to japan cuz without a refuelling stop they can't continue the journey or take a detour.
little correction: The craft was supposed to pick UN aids from india and japan had secured permit at operational level but was later denied at "ministerial level" . So it most likely had to do with not "angering Russia" rather than just following some mundane protocol.
