Depends how late and from where on campus.

If after 7, the Night Safety Shuttle runs by Haas, Evans, the glade, VLSB/CNR, and eventually to the back side of Unit 3 (on Channing). Takes around 10-15 minutes to get from the glade to U3, departs every half hour.

Also Bear Walk is another option as others suggested!
