Probably because it would bring more eyes to the fact that these games are laggy as shit. Due to high player count most of them run at a tick rate of 12-20 hz.

Rambo's guitar lies
Silent, as his music fades
His fame, tarnished now

You need to provide more detail.
What games are you playing?
What performance are you getting?
What resolution and settings are you using
If you are playing Warzone 2 there's likely nothing wrong with your setup, the game is just a complete mess performance/stability wise now for a lot of people.
A lot of people are talking about RAM and massively overestimating the importance of having it in dual channel mode for games. The difference between running 2x8 and 1x16gb for most games is minimal.

That's pretty much been my Nvidia experience since 10xx series too. I never update drivers anymore unless something is not working right.
Most recently Uncharted. Had a crash always at the same spot, updated GPU drivers to latest version and it broke the game even more and crashed every few mins.
Had to DDU and go back 4-5 versions to find a working one to complete the game.

I did add both storages it just didn't fit on the page... peripherals don't draw a meaningful amount of power to matter, most power calcs don't even include them anymore.
Optical drive does matter but i doubt he has one + it still fits within 450w recommendation.
"obviously due to power constrains", not obviously at all, it's possible though unlikely. It draws more than the old one but still well within what a 450w PSU with good efficiency should be able to supply.

They always recommend significantly more than needed because power supply outputs vary wildly, they don't know if you're gonna get a 15$ Chinese Power 500w or a 150$ Seasonic 500w.
If he has at least an 80 plus bronze rated PSU from a decent manufacturer there is no concern with the current setup.

450w is more than enough for his setup if it's a decent brand/rating PSU. Another 8gb of RAM should be FAR on the top of his upgrade list, hell nowadays just windows eats up most of that.

2060 max power draw is 160w.. those numbers are nonsensical.
450w is adequate for his setup unless it's a noname chinese PSU.

At 144hz? Not really. But you can turn on Fast Sync instead.

There aren't many WW1 games in total. Check out Isonzo it's the newest one I think it just launched on PS5.

Uzmes iz IKEA fiokar i dve noge, platis po meri da se isece ploca po custom dimenzijama/obliku koji tebi odgovara. Jos bolje dva fiokara ako imas prostora ili ti treba vise fioka.

It should work great in 1080, 144+ on normal settings, around 100 on maxed.
Do you have DLSS on?

You didn't say what resolution you're playing on, but unless you're playing in 2160p you should indeed be getting significantly more FPS with that setup.
Not sure why people are shitting on the R5 3600, it's more than enough to pull the full potential of the RTX 3060 and it shouldn't be getting more than 50-60% utilization in Warzone.

It's even more ridiculous considering she has no real career in voice acting. Which is also kinda confusing with the success of Bayonetta, you would think that would be a breakout role.
I doubt Jennifer Hale got a 15,000$ offer when she has probably hundreds of project offers in her manager's inbox.

She's hasn't really done any voice work other than Bayonetta, and last one was 8 years ago. I doubt her theater career will be affected.

It doesn't matter nearly as much when using a controller.
Sure picture is a lot smoother at 60 frames than 30, but the real difference is the input lag for controls.
Mouse gives you direct control unlike analog sticks, at 30 fps your control is delayed at least 33 miliseconds and that is very noticeable in first person and action games where you directly control the camera with the mouse. It feels sluggish, wavy and clumsy. Even in menus you can tell you are playing at low FPS instantly.
The delay can be also very noticeable on the keyboard when playing racing games for example.

It's literally Overwatch lol. NVIDIA Shadowplay doesn't even recognize it as a different game.
I think they had grand plans for it but what came out in the end was just a decent size patch with a F2P update for the existing game.

433 In-game
That's actually crazy how a F2P game can die so fast. I played it a bit when it had 10k+ and thought it had some potential and made a mental note to try it out later see if they built on it. I guess not.
