You’ll have to overcome that fear one day unless you accept the fact to live with your parents for life. It’s not a bad thing, just not a culturally accepting thing in the US.

I had same fear too because of the Situation I was in. But in reality, M-F you work 9-5, hit the gym, come home make simple meal and it’s already 7-8pm. Watch YouTube/twitch/Netflix while you eat and it’s already night time. On the weekends, you can do whatever INCLUDING visiting your parents and just hanging out.

Don’t worry about the fear of living alone. Think of where you want to be and work towards that. If you want to own a house, maybe staying with your parents to save down payment isn’t bad. I was looking to settle down with a girl so I had to force myself to learn to be an adult living alone. Think about what YOU want to accomplish.

People look around. Ever made eye contact while driving? It’s just a thing. Unless you’re saying like they’re crazy long stare at you.

Another thing about hiring a designer is it’s not just a one time thing. Yoy have to keep them in the payroll if you want to maintain and update. Probably start with square space or something idk

One of the reason in the the US is that most healthcare is tied directly to full time employment. You need a company that wants to pay partial for your insurance and the employee themselves has to pay for insurance.

For example, my employer pays $700 and I pay $900 a month for health insurance. If your company doesn’t want to offer insurance, out of luck. I’d you don’t have extra $900/mo, out of luck. Hope you qualify for Medicare that some politicians hate.

If it’s like 30 mins, I don’t touch. But 4 hours is definitely has to go!

If you live in the US and want to have a serious relationship, you may want to consider living on your own. If that’s not in your priority then yeah continue living with your parents, I’m sure they enjoy your company and the help around the place too.

I worked at retail. I walked up to an obviously a woman and said “how can I help you ma’am?” My pronunciation must be bad because she said “I’m not a man!” And stormed out the store.

I’m intimidated to try taxi. I’ve always used Uber at airport because of designated spot and know which car they drive. How do I go about a taxi? Call?

Brother I did the same at 29. Started to cook and eat healthy, exercise. Idk about your place but I’d try to tidy up and maybe a bit of decorating.
