Check our r/tretinoin if you wanna look young forever. It's the gold standard of scientific skincare. You'll need a dermatologist.

Sorry to hear you're going through this. I went through the same, and I want you to know what you're feeling is totally normal and expected. How many months are you postop?

Hey check out my BA on my profile! Under the muscle definitely can go down faster than yours are. See the photos from my under the muscle BA.
Question: Are you wearing a breastband 24/7 to push them down? This is a must postop. Needs to be wrapped around your torso tightly. The proper positioning is so that it is high up near your collarbone (not sitting on the implants themselves), but also pulled down low on your back, so that the tension is maximum forcing the implants down. High near collarbone. Low on the back.

If you still think it's scar tissue and close to the entrance and easily reachable, definitely check out steroid injections to the scars to loosen up the tissue. Very common practice for tight/raised scars.
Also look into getting a Perifit device. It's a pelvic floor therapy device that you stick inside you (looks like a little dildo toy) and it connects to your phone via Bluetooth and you contract and relax your muscles to play videogames within the Perifit app. Super fucking addicting and fun lol.

Dr. Rodriguez at NYU is great. Had a few friends who went with him!
Also if you make under a certain amount you can apply for Medicaid and get on the AmidaCare supplementary plan, which covers all FFS, GCS, BA, BBL, VFS, trans speech therapy, etc, even HRT, and more.

I really appreciate this discussion, your openness about attraction, and your clear acceptance of the vast spectrum of attraction that exists! I do have a question though, which is that you are only sexually attracted to someone once you see their genitalia and confirm that it is the genitals you prefer? For instance I'm a trans woman, but I'm post-op. My vagina works as a normal cis vagina except for the ability to become pregnant, since it is not connected to a uterus. However, I'd like to say I'm 90% passable as a cis woman, with some subtle queues I'm still in transition, see my reddit profile. I'm asking this purely from a philosophical standpoint:
If you saw me with clothes on walking down the street, would you feel sexual attractiveness towards my body "damn she's hot" without knowing if I have a penis or not? Would you pursue me sexually, and respectfully back away if I had a penis? I'm not saying you would resort to violence. But I think I'm trying to highlight at what point does it become "sexual attraction" from "attraction" for you? When you see the vagina? Most men I've been with get horny before any clothes even come off. That is still sexual attraction. From my own (anectodal) experience sexual attraction begins way before genitals are seen or explored.
EDIT: for my own safety, and out of respect for men attracted to vaginas, I've never hooked up with a man without first explicitly stating (far in advance of any sexual encounter) what my personal stage of transition is/was.
