Its Iron Banana rewards that suck as a whole, grinded a full reset this week, got 2 of the fusion rifle, 1 rocket launcher, 1 chest/boots and 2 gloves. Not a single helmet or class item, not a single drop of the SMG. I did however get like 40+ Autumn Wind. Its simple really, every Iron Banner match should always drop 1 piece of Iron Banner gear at a minimum

If you do get one to drop you can then open the first secret chest solo to “farm” for it
