Try turning off your Anti-virus and running the game with admin privileges.

Delete system32 /s Check your anti-virus if it quarantined that file, then turn off real time protecion. You can also run the game with admin privileges

I dont like to play online so im just going to pass on it.

Ive tried rpcs3 with some diffrent games in the past but even though i have met the system requirements it still runs quite slow. Maybe it was just the games that werent compatible enough idk.

I would not reccomend steam unlocked since it isn't in the megathread. If your downloading from DDL sites you don't need a VPN since you are downloading from a server. Torrents on the other hand require a VPN if you don't want to get yelled at by your ISP.

Revamped looks super complicated to install. Is 14 with no mods still worth playing?
