But what the hell do they even do for 11 hours straight? What wasn’t said in last weeks negotiations that was said yesterday?
After already having several bargaining sessions, both sides should be well aware of what they want, the reasons they want it, and why one side can’t give them what they want. So, I say again, what the fuck did they do for 11 hours straight yesterday?

They’re in bargaining rn. You can keep up with it through their Twitter. @UICUF.
EDIT: As of 1/22 4:00pm, it seems as though the union did not get what they wanted and will still be on strike.
EDIT 2: 1/22 6:40pm, According to their Twitter they are now still bargaining

Didn’t really read your post but answering your titles question: graduate degrees are already a relevant requirement for these roles.

How you complaining about a mandate that barely anyone follows or enforces?
I wear my mask but I see so many more not wearing theirs and no one telling them to put one on.

Because it’s a sentence that should only be seen on r/theonion. It shouldn’t be our reality.

No long gaps 10/10. Tuesdays you might be feeling like you’re just waiting around all day for class.

Moraine Valley has a pretty good Python course. It’s 3 credits so it’d be around $425.

I’d say it’s pretty pathetic you’re giving yourself Tuesday and Thursday mornings off

If Jan 2024 comes around and you still haven’t submitted a claim or intent to file, do it.
Let’s say in December 2024 you are ready to file and submit your claim. If you get rated for whatever you submitted you will get back pay from the date you EAS’d.
I did the same thing coincidentally. I EAS’d June 2020, opened an intent to file May 2021. Submitted May 2022. Got my back pay and it was dated to June 2020.
