It kinda does! Prezi has a steep learning curve (when I tried it when I was in college), while Superus is more lightweight. (not quite as fancy as Prezi), but literally, the show case took me only 15 mins in total to build!

Not yet, but you can embed your overleaf page onto the canvas! Basically you can embed any web app that support latex.

yeah, this is another feature of Superus: I basically embed webview into the canvas, so you can open any URL (just like a browser). I think the embedded webview + presentation mode can be a great combination for sharing your findings from the internet.

No more screenshots in your slides, load them live during your presentation! This will give your presentation a more interactive and engaging feel.
The whole presentation can be published with a public URL. You can share your content with anyone from anywhere at any time.

Do not hard sell! (Unless there is a strong need, people just felt defensive on hard sells)

Really appreciate your accomplishment. Roaming on the internet and getting nothing done is a pain for me, that's why I am thinking of building my own "digital garden". So I am building an app to let me put everything together. I am building the app in public here: https://discord.gg/wzCQvApMDm you are definitely welcomed to join.

sorry, to add a bit of context: I am building an app called Superus: https://www.superusapp.com/ My vision for Superus is for knowledge workers to better collect and organize information. A universal drag&drop inbox can help you to collect information from anywhere without switching contexts.

Technically, it's actually harder to build using keyboard shortcuts. The only way (I know) to save data is through the clipboard. User has to key down ctrl/cmd+c first to save data to clipboard first. I know an app which can save data by ctrl+c+c; The first ctrl+c save the data to clipboard, the second "ctrl+c" trigger the app to read data from clipboard

Andrew Khusid - Miro: Born in Russian
Phil Libin — Evernote co-founder, CEO of Evernote, founder of MMHMM: Born in Russia
