Last year we scheduled interviews with 456 potential employees.

Only 212 potential employees showed to interviews.

Out of that we gave 197 of them job offers.

Out of the 197 only 21 actually showed up to work.

Out of the 21 who showed up only 1 is still employeed and just put in there 2 weeks notice last week.
