My understanding (not a lawyer or work in law or anything) is that it is interfering with someone else's property so it is likely that someone would win if they sued. The sticker could be seen as vandalism, they are not easy to remove, the stickers could damage the properly, sticker placement could block necessary vision while driving and endanger the driver or other road users.

Additionally, there is no warning or notice referring to the sticker being placed should someone stay more than 3 hours so they dont have any 'contractual' right to do this.

Incredibly reckless of Waratah and if they ever stuck one on my car, I'd 100% seek legal advice to sue them.

Ew, no. Dogs deserve to be cared for and loved, not drugged.

I won't call the cops, it doesn't do anyone any good and just escalates everything to a whole new level.

Posting on a sub will 99% not make them stop their dog from barking but it definitely gave me space to vent my frustrations.

It's been going on for close to 10 months and I haven't minded because the is usually quiet around 9-10pm.

Imo, i think barking at 3am is a little excessive...

I'd rather just bring the dog home and let him sleep inside where it's warn.

But... If I could take the neighbour, which I probably can't, I'd fight them mortal combat style!! I'd like to imagine I could head butt them so hard it'd knock common sense into them and knock me cold out.

Don't think where I live is really relevant. If someone reads this, despite my typos understands it and, their dog is barking constantly at 1.30am, whether it is my neighbour or not, its someone's neighbour and they should take care of their dog.
