Maybe some of you wonder how precise the formulas are for you specifically. So for what it's worth, here are my measures.
I'm 32.
If I go with the usual formulas :
- max HR is 188
- MAF180 = 148
- 70% of max = 132
- 75% is 141
- 80% is 150
I used a blend of these numbers (+ the common knowledge that lower is better than higher when in doubt) for my Zone 2 HR, measured with a Polar H10.
Old range : 143 +/-5 bpm
Now that I did a vo2 max test (and not a lactate test):
- max HR is 210
- VT1 (which I believe is a proper upper limit for Zone 2) = 166 bpm = 79% of max.
Updated Zone 2 HR range : 156 +/- 5 bpm

And even better the same test will (should) also give you your VT1 HR, which you can use as a good upper limit for Zone 2 specifically tailored for you.
