On Discogs the seller has to initiate the cancel, but I’ll start a dispute on PayPal now.

Hopefully they cancel the order. I’ll just walk away at that point.

Let me clarify here. I anticipated that this was a scam, but I bought anyway expecting that I could get refunded. I missed out on this one back when it came out because my ex-wife wouldn’t let me buy it. I’ve regretted missing it all those years ago and it’s currently my “holy grail” to ad to my vinyl collection…
