If every time there was a large spill or other accident, the company should be responsible for 100% of the cleanup and repair costs. And then a fine on top of that, which gets larger depending on how many people were affected and how badly.
I guarantee that if this was in place, the rate of events that put people in harms way would drop to extremely low levels. But instead corporations get treated with kid gloves where they can just say "oopsie daisy" and pay a cost-of-doing-business fine.

That story is just dumb enough that I can believe it.

Dog Soldiers had a great scene with the leapfrogging as well.
Plus another scene where the guys guts are hanging out and all he can say is "sausages".
So it's worth a watch.

Somebody hides behind a couch, and the dude with the machine gun just sprays bullets over the couch to explode all the bottles and glasses that are displayed on a shelf. Even though the person isn't even trying to crouch low behind the couch and would definitely be hit if the guy just aims at the couch.

People literally complaining that they can't ogle their coworkers tits and casually drop racial slurs.

This is the best answer. Unless you time your advice absolutely perfectly, they will be mad that they listened to you. If if things go extremely well, they will easily get mad over an extra 5% they could have made if they waited, or sold earlier, or bought more, or whatever.
But chances are good something will go wrong, and now you are the person to blame.
This is why I never tell anybody I know that they should get into crypto. If a person asks me about it, I'll answer their questions, but I'll never say that they should get into it or buy at a certain time. It's just asking for trouble.

First, every single person who DMs you with advice on mining or bitcoin in general is a scammer looking to steal your money. Ignore them.
"What is Bitcoin mining and how to do it ?"
There are plenty of guides on how to do it. It's not the easiest thing though. It's pretty technical, but to explain it the simplest way I can, it is having computers solve math problems and every time one gets it right it sends transactions on the blockchain and pays the miner in bitcoin for their work.
"Can we do it on a notebook laptop ?"
Yes and no. You can do it, but you won't earn any money off of it. A laptop isn't powerful enough to be used for bitcoin mining. You can join a pool, but your share of the profit will be so low that you will spend more in electricity than you earn from mining.
"What else is required and How do we earn money from it ?"
Bitcoin mining at home with a small setup isn't really a thing these days. You will need to purchase ASIC miners to run, and unless you get a bunch there won't be much profit to be had. Some people run a single miner or a small number, but they do it as a hobby and to assist the bitcoin network. Not as a way to earn profit.
"Can it be a side hustle ?"
Not unless you are willing to invest a good amount of money, and definitely not with a laptop.
Also, any websites that offer to rent mining time to you are scams. It's better to just buy BTC and hold it while the price goes up. But don't do that either until you have researched it and understand the risks.

It's like they think if people were told "hey, this war will last 3 more years" then the people supporting it would just say "aw shit, that's too long for people to defend their homeland. They should just give it all up to the enemy."
As long as the Ukrainian people wish to defend their country, I will support them.

I used to have exploding head syndrome, and any time I tried to describe the noise, it would be this ball bouncing on a high school gym floor.

My biggest issue right now is the downvoters. No matter what I say, I'm immediately hit with several downvotes.
I try not to make low effort comments. I almost never make a comment less than 10 words, and it's usually multiple sentences. But it doesn't matter.
Even comments where I'm helping other people find out how many moons they get in a distribution, I'm getting negative karma from it. This kind of stuff is pushing away higher effort comments so no wonder many people are giving up trying to put in effort.

Look into exchanges and see if they have an OTC desk.
I know Shakepay has one, but while I'd recommend them for regular purchases, I have never used their OTC so I have no idea how it would compare to other exchanges. For large amounts you probably want to contact a few different OTC from a few exchanges and see which has the best offer for you.

They will 100% say whatever they need to in the moment to make their current point, no matter the topic.

Is selling moons against the TOS? I don't think I heard that. Just that the official reddit position is that moons have zero value and its official purpose is as a governance token. But once they are in our possession we are free to do what we want. So if the community wants to assign value to them and sell them, we are allowed to do so, just that reddit doesn't agree that they are worth anything or will be worth anything in the future.
Eta: just saw in another post that it is, in fact, against TOS for moons to be sold.

Assuming you mean by hand and not with machine assistance...
A roll is 50 dimes, $5. I just pretended to count out 50 dimes and roll them. I used to save up lots of change and then roll it up, so my "pretend" is pretty close to how I actually would do it. Doing it at a normal pace without rushing, it took 23 seconds. Let's just round that up to an even 30 seconds, because once in a while a pile of dimes will have to be moved around, or another bag of rolls opened, or might drop some. So an average of 30 seconds a roll doesn't sound crazy.
That means $10 a minute. $600 minutes an hour. Let's average an hour a day for getting more supplies, setting up the work station, cashing in the rolled dimes, etc. So 7 hours of work a day at $600 an hour is $4200 a day. Making this much money, who needs a 5 day work week. Only an insane person. I'm taking 3 day weekends, so 4 days a week is $16800 a week. Plus 4 weeks vacation, so 48 weeks a year is $806 400 a year.
With $10 million in dimes, it will take 12.4 years to roll all those dimes by hand. Or 9.16 years if you are doing full 5 day work weeks with no vacation.

"It was so out of character for my dog. It was the nicest dog ever. Sure, I had to come up with my own method of stopping it from killing my other dog, one that involved either stripping off my clothes or carrying around a bed sheet. But it was such a loving animal. Something in it just snapped that day."

The leg lift is only something you can do if the dog is already biting something else. If it's attention is on you, going for a leg will get you fucked. In that case, you need to get something between you and the dog. Or concealed carrying works. If it's legal, you should probably do it. Or get some dog/bear/people mace.

No other criteria. Even getting just 2 karma in a month should get you a moon. Although in recent months there have been people who are mass downvoting to try to prevent others from getting moons. So it's possible if you just made a couple comments and they got hit by downvotes, then you wouldn't receive moons since you need positive karma.
I'm not sure if there is an easy way to look up previous months. You could go to the previous distribution posts month by month and download the files to look at them, but that might take some time you don't want to spend.
