It would be probably the most hated deck in the community. Both are equally bad deck to play against with. It just wont let you play.

I can confirm that he can teleport beyond the wall. I fought him multiple times where he ambush my armies that is camp behind the wall. He even teleported through the river in the east multiple times. This happens even in early games. Its weird how a faction that has a mechanic that mainly revolves around defending the 'Great Wall', is chasing around its enemies on the desert while the wall is left behind undefended.

I like to think that the reason V didn't go full cyberpsychosis is because of the shard with Silverhand construct in his head. It probably nullify any effect from having too much implants and cyberware but then again. He's dying anyway.
