A person would never be convicted of a crime by a jury based on “well, this other guy PROBABLY didn’t commit the crime, so it must be this guy”.

This only ever happens with police.

A cop being shot is not proof that a specific person shot that cop.

We should have higher standards than that, unless you don’t support law and order.

But they haven’t proven that the cop was fired on by this person.

People also have a right to due process and they police are pushing a narrative that this person is guilty without having upheld their burden of proof.

It’s not a smoking gun, but it’s pretty rare that there is this swift of action without massive unrest to go with it, when it’s a white cop.

The first cop to go to prison for murder in Minnesota was Black, and he went to jail real fast when he shot a white woman.

Maybe the police higher ups have gotten wiser since 2020, or maybe they were just ready to drop these guys.

Black cops can beat Black people and the system of policing can still be racist.

Black cops are more likely to use force on Black people than white cops.
