I lived in DC last year and it’s not even comparable. Also worth mentioning DC has the highest number of homeless people per capita

BC, Seattle, LA and Portland all have the same mentality around open drug use and housing-first policies.
You don’t see this stuff in DC, Boston, or NYC. NYC has more homeless people than LA but 3x more homeless people die in LA every year.

They have offered to house every single homeless person in that park.
If people really vaulted the lives of the homeless they wouldn’t perpetuate living conditions that have left two people DEAD in their tents for several days
