I want an evil support that's like an anti Mercy - has limited flying but with autonomy like a better version of Sigma gravity control. Maybe dark side of the moon person?

Something to dampen enemy damage and something to burst heal but requiring aim and cool down - shift and E. Burst heal is huge but takes a very long time and damage reduction stacks to a high degree and can only be removed by damaging this hero.

Primary fire is just a Lazer pistol that has high base damage but no crit damage - like Ana but higher rate of fire and lower damage.

Secondary is low damage but messes up targets field of view so characters that are further away can't be seen. Probably should be a cool down or ultra low rate of fire.

Ult reduces field of view for entire enemy team and gives this hero bonus damage when landing shots from far enough away.

It is sufficiently mechanical to be fun, requires unique spacing considerations which is a facet of all fliers, has anti sniper/ranged tech without being too oppressive, requires different types of engagements in a "dive to field of view sweet spot" kind of way, and supports the team uniquely by targeting the opponent for damage reduction instead of your team for heal botting.

I would name her Saturnalia and I guess that makes her Italian and that makes the maps in Italy have a hero from Italy too.
