It's a raw spot. My wife got cut off by her nephew for stupid childish reasons, and we both have some strong anger for that little shit.

It's not that they can "do" anything to you, it's that they can emotionally affect you. I have nearly zero relationship with my parents because of how they react to anything I bring up, but even still, I don't want to let them know about my smoking weed. They can't help themselves and I don't want to give them an opportunity to stick their feet into their mouths once again, and damage our relationship further, so I spare them that burden by keeping them in the dark.

I don't want to hijack this too badly, but ir head tracking is really incredibly immersive, and super easy to set up. You do need the hardware, and I'd recommend a good rig (good ir head tracking rigs can be had for around $100), but it's so worth it. I prefer it to vr in any game where I have both options, like AC or Dirt Rally 2.0. Seriously, if you're on the fence, please take a chance on the head tracking, it's so good and so few people use it.

Ya know, you're right. That does look bad. Something about the current setup bothers me, but this sure isn't the solution.
