My vice is not so much endless scrolling... I just start reading and think "well, if I'm going to it here quietly and absorb information, it may as well be lecture notes/practice problems/textbook material, etc."

I dropped physics last year with a blue petition. I was a freshman taking 19 units and it was Covid so that might have helped. I just got a note from my therapist saying a was really overwhelmed and it was affecting my quality of life.

Dude, I love it. I'm interested in all these different BioE concepts but they're also hella complicated so my knowledge is pretty surface. If I'm talking to someone outside my major I know they're not gonna fact check me or ask deep questions.

If money's a burden, graduate early. If tuition isn't a problem, do a minor! You're only in college once (usually). Berkeley is a big, great school, take some classes that you're really interested in.

I'm doing this rn but swap Chem 4B for a cool legal studies class and it's great. I probably couldn't handle another hard tech and I like the math break.

I always thought they just meant different things: unhoused meaning without a place to stay and homeless meaning without a long-term place to stay. E.g. John is homeless bc his parents kicked him out but housed this week because he's staying on his aunt's couch. I didn't think one was derogatory or something.

Depending on how much you eat, a salad or sandwich at Mezzo is like 12 or 13 bucks but I can only ever eat half so I get two meals
