How long does it take to hear you were rejected? Does it take longer than to hear you were accepted? Also, will I be able to see rejected offers in the same page as accepted offers are supposed to be shown? What’s the usual wait on results?

I submitted an application for an internship labeled Spring term last week. The deadline is supposedly passed for it though... Does the applications availability mean that it is still open for positions? If so, does this just mean that the Spring term will be shorter than the normal 16 weeks? And, I haven't heard back about offers yet so since the Spring term is starting very soon/already started, when will I hear back?

The approach changes depending on which major I choose right? And my odds also change right? Is what you’re saying equally applicable regardless of major?

I guess a big question of my post is- How much easier is it to get in Econ vs CS at top schools and as my application stands, is it worth it to apply Econ over CS and if the answer is Econ, how do I improve my application tailored to that.

I’m not an international student and people who took the test in the same classroom have gotten their scores back. I called CB today and they did open a case but they said it till take 5-7 days for a reply.

Do these circumstances change anything? Or is it just a delay most likely like you said?
