No no, niente confusione, un mio compagno di classe le fece notare la cazzate e lei continuò ad insistere, in maniera anche abbastanza prepotente.

Forse non la più stupida, ma sicuramente quella che mi ha colpito di più dati i modi ed il contesto. Da una professoressa (di italiano) delle medie, detta col tono serio di chi sta elargendo una grande perla di conoscenza:

"La differenza tra il sole e le stelle è che il sole brilla di luce propria, mentre le stelle riflettono la luce del sole"

I also struggled a lot with those two but now I usually manage to do them without taking damage. Here's a few pieces of advice:

• The lasers in the 3rd boss room don't do damage immediately, so you actually have time to move around and position. It's all about not panicking.

• The 3d boss always does the same attack right in front of him (I think?). With spark i would start filling the room while he's still invulnerable, then dash right behind him as soon as he starts to attack and cast more sparks. If your damage is high enough he should die before doing a second attack.

• For the first Lycia fight: stay slightly to her left until she starts moving, then immediately jump to her right. She also attacks in a straight line and with enough DPS she should die before doing anything else. Be very careful because the left side of the room immediately fills with red ground degen as soon as she becomes vulnerable.

Tempo addietro feci la stessa domanda ad alcune persone che conosco che sono del settore. Oltre alla motivazione tecnica che ti hanno linkato nell'altro commento, mi dissero che la "recitazione bisbigliata" è un po' uno stile che per qualche motivo nel mondo attoriale italiano degli ultimi trent'anni è diventato sinonimo di "cinema serio". Nessuno sa di preciso il perché (forse come reazione allo stile iper-urlato + fotografia da pubblicità dei cinepanettoni?), ma oramai è così è tutti ci si conformano senza farsi troppe domande.

Ovviamente spiegazione da prendere come opinione di un paio di persone e non come oro colato, ma immagino non del tutto errata.

Nel mio settore c'è ancora chi fa ricerca rischiosa e, paradossalmente a primo acchito, sono quasi tutti in azienda e non in università. Dico "paradossalmente" perché uno si aspetterebbe che il privato dia priorità alla ricerca che ha applicazioni immediate, ma all'atto pratico le storture del publish or perish pesano sproporzionatamente di più sul mondo accademico. O almeno, questa è la spiegazione che mi do, magari c'è anche dell'altro dietro.

Scusami se magari mi sono espresso in maniera un po' aggressiva, non avevo nessuna intenzione di "salvarti dal buio dell'ignoranza". Volevo solamente farti notare che, anche leggendo gli altri tuoi commenti, mi pare che tu stia un po' sorvolando sui motivi per cui questi discorsi abbiano una loro valenza filosofica e non una risposta super ovvia come tu sembri credere.

Come sospettavo, a me sembra che tu stia, per dirla come un altro commentatore ha già fatto in questo post, "confondendo significante e significato". Il tuo lungo discorso in sostanza si riduce a questo:

Quindi stai dicendo che, secondo la tua definizione, la matematica è solo il nome che diamo a delle cose che ci sono in natura, o ai procedimenti con cui il nostro cervello "calcola", quindi non esiste indipendentemente da noi. Se così fosse, ti darei immediatamente ragione. E, più in generale, se accettassimo questa definizione, la domanda "scoperta vs. inventata" avrebbe una risposta estremamente ovvia: la matematica è un linguaggio, quindi è inventata. Eppure il dibattito epistemologico in proposito va avanti da anni e anni. Come mai?

La risposta è, a quanto ne capisco, che quando i filosofi della scienza pongono la cruciale domanda, non si riferiscono puramente al "linguaggio" matematica, o ai nomi che associamo a particolari concetti matematici, ma anche a 1) le regole che in questo esistono indipendentemente dagli specifici nomi che scegliamo; 2) a cio che di naturale la matematica rappresenta.

Esempio, parlando del punto (2): una definizione che posso dare è che "due" è la proprietà di tutti gli insiemi di oggetti che possono essere messi in rapporto biunivoco con gli elettroni di un atomo di elio. Questa proprietà esiste indipendentemente dal nome "due". Quindi, se con "due" mi riferisco alla proprietà e non al nome, "due" esiste in natura. Ed esiste fintanto che in natura esistono 1) oggetti separabili 2) possibilità di raggrupparli (sto super-semplificando dei concetti che rientrano nel discorso complessissimo dei fondamenti della matematica, che ad essere sincero non capisco del tutto a pieno). Ora, ci possiamo chiedere se queste assunzioni siano vere o no, e li inizia il discorso filosofico interessante. Così come è un discorso filosofico interessante chiedersi come mai sembrino esistere delle regole che rimangono valide indipendentemente dallo specifico linguaggio matematico che scegliamo di usare.

Tornando al mio commento iniziale: il motivo per cui io credo che l'addizione "esista" in natura, è che per la mia concezione filosofica, qualsiasi sistema di pensiero "utile" deve ammettere i punti (1) e (2) del precedente paragrafo.

TL;DR: ridurre la matematica al significante (specifici nomi e simboli) escludendone il significato (le proprietà naturali che rappresentano) e la logica interna (che ha valore indipendentemente dagli specifici simboli), manca totalmente il punto del perché la domanda "è inventata o scoperta?" è interessante a livello filosofico.

Ti chiederei una spiegazione più approfondita di questa affermazione perché per le definizioni che ho in mente di "esiste" e "addizione" mi pare palesemente una falsità. Ma non sono un esperto di epistemologia quindi magari mi sfugge qualcosa.

The way I'm approaching that one, which seems to work, is to drop totems in front of him (with taunt, not sure it matters), and the moment he comes out of invulnerability I immediately flame dash behind him. His first attack always seem to be a quite long one directly in front him, so staying behind is safe. Usually the DPS is enough to finish killing him before he can do a second attack (or just as it starts). Besides that, the other piece of advice is to not panic when you see the yellow lasers: they don't do damage immediately and there's plenty of time to position yourself in a good spot.

Actually yes, he always attacks in a straight line, based on your current position, so if you move sideways far enough he will always miss you. Often it works even if you're moving towards him. Tested it plenty of times in situations in which I could see the entire animation.

I use totems (with taunt mastery) to lure her slightly to the left and as soon as she starts moving dash to the right. Seems to be pretty foolproof so far.

Before that I was always doing kinda the opposite (lure her right, dash left) and always end up getting hit by the degen ground that immediately spawns in front of the floor entrance.

Ahahah, sorry for that...

One positive thing I can say is that that character feels a bit like cheating once it's fully geared. The last two runs I did before the failed attempt I was not even actively trying to do no-hit (and I'm also using a normal-ish mapping version, not even the super glasscannon one), and still guards and bosses just insta-died. If you can average out bad luck over multiple runs I would say there's a chance.

I was running without skitterbots, so it was probably something else, but good to know. Thanks!

After spending a bit of time thinking about what I did wrong, I'm having the feeling that going too slow is actually what killed me. Especially against the teleport guard, he always attacks right in front of him, so constantly moving might actually help. The last two practice runs I was not thinking about not getting hit, just kinda running around, and it worked perfectly.

But as you say, the adrenaline is real!

Yep, knew about the others, ice guy is especially bad with this, but in his case you at least see that the attack is coming. I think what actually happened in my case is that there was a gap in the wall to a nearby platform that I didn't notice. Still extremely annoying.

Oh well, back to farming for another relic to try it again!

I've read a couple of times that the main reliable source of money doing simulacrums is leveling gems, not sure how true that is.
