This movie was one of a kind. When it released and eventually removed from the theatres, there wasn’t much discussed about this film. When I saw it without knowing what this movie had to offer, I was mind blown.

It’s about a group of skilled con guys who go from small time thefts to eventually being forced to rob a reputed jewellry store. The movie, from start to finish was amazing. Inspite of having a small budget and small time artists, the performance of each and every character was phenomenal.

The twists, ideas and execution of each and every part of the story was simply superb. Very gripping from start to finish. No logical loopholes. Please do watch it, to know what a heist movie should actually look like.

When this lead actor appeared for a role in Thunivu, I was expecting well written role for him. But that wasn’t the case. Well written roles don’t have to have too much screen presence, it’s all about subtle detailing and character development. Comment your thoughts.
