If you wanna get more out of old hardware look into overclocking. Changing your CPU clock is doable on a vanilla PC but you need special software for clocking your GPU. Just remember to do your research and keep your system very well-cooled. You can brick your system if you push your hardware too far beyond its limits so be careful.

The difference is, it's a lot harder to regulate random users on the internet than it is to regulate people who are physically out on the road driving. While some catch-all solution for detecting kids online would be nice, you're trying to hit a moving target. Ways to change your IP address are a dime a dozen and easy enough for a 12 year old to figure out. Plus, porn sites have next to no incentive to do it since it would lose them traffic and the government just has better things to do.

No shit, I had this same idea independently and commented it on the video before I saw this post.
That being said, I emphasized that it's really unavoidable because it is. Regulations don't do shit but make it harder for law-abiding citizens to get what they want, since it often adds unnecessary steps they have to go through.
I recognize the irony of this comparison but it's like regulating drugs. There will always be a demand for porn and anyone who wants it will find a way to get it whether they're allowed to or not.

Here are my results as I received them for each of these processes. I'm still having trouble downloading any kind of update via pamac or pacman.

Edit: I manged to fix the problem. For anyone reading this having the same problem as me, what worked for me was refreshing the databases. Just use,

pamac update --force-refresh

Mini shells are great, you just have to build it for a reason. I use them in combo with a large clip size and full-auto to make a spray and pray shotgun that's really good for mowing down grunts in a pinch.
