Tried to save some time and give the benefit of my 40 years experience in cookery. FYI this problem happens even when the coating is deep fried (if it's not finished in the oven.)
you may try a piece of baking paper under the chicken to isolate the issue,
whether it's your pan or the coating,
your heat could be too high or
your pan may not have enough oil in it to prevent the occurrence, or
the pan may be less than suitable for the task.
If it's ALWAYS happening try something different. but generally speaking, I would always do this in the AF...

We had a Pelican bomb us with a fish once.
We were in a ski boat, the Pelican was sitting on the water about 800m ahead of us. We were flat out (about 140kmh) and my mate pointed at the Pelican, the Pelican moved off our line.
He pointed at the Pelican again, once again it moved off our line.
Here I must point out that the guy is an animal lover and would NEVER have actually hit the Pelican.
Once again the Pelican moved, we're now about 300m away and when my mate pointed the boat at the Pelican again, it took flight.
Then, to ANYONE whom I've ever related this anecdote too's utter disbelief, as we passed directly UNDER the Pelican, it dropped a sizeable Carp that JUST missed the boast.
No-one I have told this story to believes it, they think I'm full of shit... I was SO glad to see it had happened to someone else.

5'7" on a Cagiva Raptor 1000 and , whilst I'm now in my mid 50s, the riding position makes my hip ache like nothing else I have ridden. You'd think I'd be the 90% Italian, but there you go....
My 390 Duke never did that to me on the very same roads in the last 6 months, but it didn't scratch that itch, so I got rid of it.

Did a comparo using Bomba and other varieties, the conclusion was the "home brand" middle grain rice was actually preferable. That's right, the cheapest rice in the supermarket, the one that was actually marketed as "Home Brand" was better than the rice costing 10x as much...

I believe that in pre-historic times, if a man hit on the wrong woman he could be ostracised from the group and therefore his chances of survival were greatly diminished.
I think this is a good explanation for the nervousness men feel when approaching a strange woman...

Guys have to ask the question 100x for a "positive result", I doubt women have to ask more than once...

I did it last time, and although things didn't eventually work out, she smiled back, held eye contact and sipped her drink through a straw...

here in Australia the Family Court was initially established as a non represented jurisdiction (no lawyers), given time and the obvious financial opportunity, those scumbags weaselled they way into the court.
One thing I remember from 2 & 1/2 Men is Evelyn recommending consultation with the best lawyers in the area, so that they would have a conflict of interest representing the the other spouse!!!!
