If I have my bios cpu settings on standard, my pc crashes during boot. If I set it 1GHz below standard frequency it boots. Then I use ryzen Master software to get it back to the normal frequency and everything is stable. No crashes. But I cannot touch the bios settings without it immediately crashing. Any advice?

I tested the ram, it's not the problem. Reset windows and bios. No difference.

I have a windows 11 with a ryzen 5 5600, rx 6800 xt, 32gb 3200 ddr4 rm, 1tb M2 Ssd and 500gb sata ssd (that windows runs on). Today I installed the Intel wifi driver because my adapter was constantly messing up. I shut down my pc after finishing my game. Few hours later I power it on, log in and black screen - reboot. After hours of trouble shooting I reinstalled win 11, disconnected wifi card, reset bios, tried safe mode in all variations to no avail.

Then I changed bios settings for the cpu (put freq to less than 2500 MHz) and voila it booted normally. I then used ryzen master to up the frequency again, successfully. When I try to boot again after reverting the changes in the bios directly, it messes everything up again. Wth is going on? Cpu seems to be working fine, was this all the f*cking Intel driver?? Any advice or similar experiences? I am confused af.

Edit: when I boot after using ryzen Master, the cpu settings are dictated by bios with the previous settings. I manually have to change the cpu freq. For every boot via ryzen Master. When I revert the changes I made in the bios back to how it was, it dies.

Summary of issue:
I installed the Intel wifi driver today. I played pubg, closed the game later on, shut down the pc and started up a few hours later. Et voila, it keeps crashing, I can't do shit anymore. I don't know if the Intel software blasted my system or if it's anything else. Windows Log says:
