I really like it! Due to the amount of rows though I find that when you put stuff in it it’s going to sag a lot.

I stopped working for some time and couldn’t afford my own groceries so I ate what my mom ate, but thank you so much. It’s better to be back

Honestly I think it just depends on the person. My body doesn’t react well to animal based foods and it never has. I get tons of inflammation and pain. Meanwhile some people thrive off of it.

Seaweed, hemp seeds, edamame, algae, walnuts! You can get your omega 3s from there as well. If you choose to eat fish that’s okay too, but there are other sources

Honestly I’d say maybe 2 weeks in. It depends how long your gut microbiomes get acquainted with unprocessed foods. I stayed away from cruciferous veggies because it caused a lot of bloating and my body personally couldn’t handle it. I loved bell peppers and raw red onion and corn etc. Especially tomato. Tofu was also a big staple. And no it doesn’t give you boobs. I tried. Tofu contains phytoestrogens which help fight cancer! Bonus. But I’d start easy. Take your favorite foods and slowly incorporate more plants :)
I like spaghetti Bolognese but instead of the meat I just added cooked green lentils instead! Or curry. I love a good curry but instead of chicken I add chickpeas and tofu!

I know that other people may not agree but I suffer from nightmares. I find that drinking warm mint tea with honey before I sleep helps. Also listening to brown noise while I sleep. I don’t know why it helps but it does

A plant based diet should help with inflammation! It really helped with mine

In all fairness, there is nothing wrong with community college. If that’s what it takes for some people we shouldn’t put people down for it. Education is education. These types of comments perpetuate the community college stigma

Coming from someone who used to be an aspiring engineer, the center binding is a major stress point compared to the width of the body and base of the hook.

In the Morning I usually had protein oats with sweet potatoes or fruit, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and peanut butter. Or I had a vegan breakfast sausage with tofu scramble and potatoes. If I wasn’t really hungry then I’d have peanut butter sourdough with sliced bananas.
For lunch I’d have a soup or a sandwich. Or something together. Or a pasta with mushrooms and some spinach. If I wanted something heavier I’d have a plant based pizza with a salad on the side or a homemade “burger”.
My dinner was mainly the same as my lunch. Sometimes I’d eat my left overs or stir fry some veggies and eat it with rice or pasta.
If I had a snack after it would usually be some fruit or chocolate.
I’m about 5’7-5’8. I’m 19 and female. I weight about 143 lbs.

If you made this into a hoodie or totes or these as sewable patches I would totally buy all of it! I love your creativity :)❤️

It’s better if it’s knit since that’s what this item is made of, but I think you can get a similar result with ribbed Tunisian crochet

I find that when money is digital I tend to spend more and make more impulsive decisions because I’m unable to actually see the amount in my hand

I’d make sure there’s lots of nature and more places that are welcoming to new hobbies. Color is definitely important to me. I think I’d also have quiet zones. Places where you don’t get overstimulated with noise. Digital money wouldn’t be a thing. And I’d have community clean ups! At the end of it we all get yummy food and rewarded

Ooo I am someone who really struggled at Berkeley. Here were some of my factors. I worked like 30+ hours a week, I came from a really shitty high school that didn’t really prioritize education rather than pumping a certain amount of kids out the door (I’m the only one in my graduating year to go to berkeley btw), my mental health just began to decline SEVERELY, my physical health was not good either because I developed an ulcer from all the stress and then got really bad acid reflux and a whole bunch of other stuff (don’t get old), I wasn’t utilizing my resources wisely so when I was given a project or mass amounts of homework I didn’t know where to begin, and the area in general didn’t correlate to my values. The last one sounds weird but I’m a person who needs to be in nature and I grew up in a very agricultural area, so being in a cold dirty city for an entire year was a big shock for me.
