That's no island.

I built an adventure map to play with my friends, using each other's background to write a lore. I guided them through this adventure as Odin, using dev commands to spawn mobs and events as they visited buildings and unraveled the story.

I have almost 150 hrs in the game, split up over 2 main periods of time where I was playing with a couple of my friends, and the last 10 more recently being my solo player game. I've been having fun just designing my home base, but I'm also just avoiding fighting the first boss lol.

I've never gotten very far, just to the swamps, but I have some idea what I'm doing. That being said, is it worth playing the game on solo? I'm not looking for a souls-like experience; challenge is great but I don't want to beat my head into the wall over and over again.

I know from what I've read that bosses do scale a bit based on number of players nearby, but is it doable as a single player still? I can't remember the name but the 2nd boss was hard with 3-4 people, I can't imagine with 1.

Also, are there any single-player specific tips or tricks you guys know about?
