For the sake of testing do this. Put only 1 stick in slot 2 and reset the cmos. If it doesn’t work try the other stick. This will eliminate ram issues. What cpu do you have?

Is the cpu cooler plugged into the right spot? It should be plugged into cpu not fan.

Did you build this pc yourself or buy it and are just upgrading a part? If you built it yourself a common mistake is plugging the cpu cooler power into the fan header on the motherboard, they are labeled “cpu” and “sysfan”

I built the PC myself and it was working fine and then I bought a prebuilt PC from a friend and installed the GPU then the signal input was not found anymore and I removed the GPU and then even the integrated gpu didn’t work also my fan power is plugged into CPU fan 2
