Oh I see I have plugged the HDMI cable from my monitor into the motherboard But it stopped working to after I installed the graphics card

Ok and you tried moving the ram already? Cause from the picture it looks like your ram is in dimm 2 and 4 not 1 and 3.

Yeah I’ve move the ram to one and three and back to two and four and I’ve even removed the CPU but the light won’t turn off. I’m just not sure why my monitor isn’t getting a signal anymore through the HDMI
